REVV Workout Classes - Description

Class Policies

  • Classes require advanced sign up and class size may be limited.

  • All class cancellations must be made a minimum of 30 mins prior to the scheduled start time.

  • Classes are closed 10 minutes after beginning and run approximately 55 minutes.

  • REVV reserves the right to change instructor, class schedule or fees without notice. 

  • All classes are subject to change due to member attendance.

  • Please check our app for last minute changes.

  • Please notify the instructor if you have any physical limitations or if you are pregnant.

  • We encourage everyone to work at his or her own pace.

Strength, Cardio & Combination

  • Body Blast - high intensity interval training is the fastest way to burn fat and get lean.  Body blast workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn during and after the workout.

  • Cardio Strength - times high intensity exercises with little to no rest alternating cardio / strength exercises. Modifications are made to accommodate all fitness levels.

  • Body Sculpt - A non-aerobic, muscle-toning class that targets a new muscle group each week. Will be performing traditional weight training moves with weight bars, bands or dumbbells.

  • Boot Camp - Variety of exercises such as calisthenics, agility drills, running, and total body exercises combined with a high energy step class for the cardio portion.

  • Booty Sculpt - Sculpt, tone and tighten those buns in this booty building class. You will combine cardio and weight training focusing on the legs and butt to keep your booty in check all year round. As an added bonus, many of these moves are dynamic enough that they also engage the core muscles.

  • Total Body - total body muscle building, fat burning, strength and conditioning circuit work that will your fitness to the next level.

  • Core Sculpt - Exercises that strengthen your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis.

  • REVV-Barre - This popular barre-based work out blends dynamic movement with calorie-blasting cardio. Intervals of conditioning and stretching combine core work, Pilates, yoga, isometrics and ballet to lengthen and strengthen, delivering one powerful workout.

  • Zumba - A fusion of Latin and international music and dance themes. The routines are simple and feature interval training with a combination of slow and fast rhythms. Come join us in this “FEEL HAPPY” workout. You’ll burn hundreds of calories and not even know it.

  • Cardio Dance - allows you to flood your body with dance floor endorphins while burning tons of calories.

  • Tabata – total body muscle building, fat burning, strength and conditioning circuit work that will your fitness to the next level.

  • Release & Renew - Instructor led myofascial release class that incorporates foam rolling with stretching to improve alignment and facilitate recovery.

  • HIIT it - This 1/2 hour class focuses on cardio with adding in muscular strength and endurance while utilizing functional movement patterns. Each class is creatively designed to push you out of your comfort zone.

  • Penalty Box - A complete body workout with over 119 exercises based around a patented fitness product that is an agility grid and hurdle all in one. The Penalty Box uses four squares to take the place of an agility ladder and easily folds into a hurdle.

  • Pedal & Pump - This class is a ½ hour in the spin room and ½ hour in the studio room. You get your ultimate intense spin class, light weights and resistance bands to pump up your cardiovascular system to the max, while engaging your core and upper body!

  • Shadow Boxing Express - this ½ hour class is a great cardio workout while it helps you develop foot speed, hand-eye coordination and technique. It also helps you maintain your balance while engaging your core.

  • Senior & Active - A low intensity class just for older adults taught by instructors who make sure you are supported every step of the way. Designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living.

  • Weight Training - A muscle conditioning class that adds strength from head to toe. In this full body weight training class you build strength by performing different types of movement using hand weights, weighted bars and balls.

  • POUND - the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat dripping fun of playing the drums. Using lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercise, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Yoga & Pilates

  • Mat Pilates - Our signature mat classes, taught by our highly skilled instructors, will challenge you, increasing core strength and improving posture. You will walk away stretched, toned and ultimately stronger, ready to feel the results in all aspects of your life.

  • PIYO - Aspects of Pilates with the core training and stretching elements of yoga to create a new workout experience.

  • Slow Flow Yoga - A creative eclectic blend of many yogic traditions and styles. Modifications of postures are made to accommodate everyone, offering both beginning and advanced members a satisfying, accessible, and energetic experience.

  • Hatha Yoga- Drawing on a combination of yoga styles, these well-rounded classes balance, stretch and strengthen the body.

  • Sunrise Yoga - Links breath and movement the smooth, continuous flow deepens breathing, increases endurance, and will test the edge of your balance and flexibility.

  • Vinyasa - Links breath and movement the smooth, continuous flow deepens breathing, increases endurance, and will test the edge of your balance and flexibility.

  • Basic Yoga - Workshop style-based class this slower paced class focuses on classic postures and utilizes props to gain a deep awareness of correct alignment and precise actions in the body.

  • Power Yoga - Posture sequencing class, vigorously paced with dynamic transitions through poses. Some yoga experience is recommended but not necessary.

  • HITT Yoga - Infuse your yoga practice with energy, stability and balance by combining yoga with high intensity interval training. Juxtaposing intense bursts of movements with short periods of rest with yoga can have profound benefits.

Cycle Classes

  • REVV Cycle - Indoor cycling is considered one of the best ways to burn calories and increase cardiovascular fitness without impact. Our instructors help you to monitor your heart rate, keeping you motivated while you cycle to the beat of driving music.  Enjoy the camaraderie of fellow cyclists.  For all fitness levels.
