< Vivi Krosi

Vivi is a highly motivated certified personal trainer ready to help you achieve your goals.  She currently provides group fitness classes, small group MetCon classes and personal training sessions.  Her fitness journey began 35 years ago as a runner, and she then quickly immersed herself in weight training. Vivi participated in numerous roads races and won second place in her very first NPC Natural East Coast Iron Classic bodybuilding competition in 1996.  Throughout the years, she has remained dedicated to health and self accountability.  Her background in psychology enables her to better understand clients and communicate the importance of acquiring a healthy body and mind, as the two are interconnected. Vivi is an avid proponent of demonstrating proper form to ensure that clients remain safe while working out.
