What is PiYo?
PiYo, what an unusual name! This workout offers the benefits of the long lean lines you get from Pilates (Pi) and the stretching and strengthening you enjoy from Yoga (Yo).
PiYo classes combine joint friendly, low impact moves into a dynamic, full-body workout. PiYo exercises utilize your body-weight to build strength, increase flexibility and burn fat. No additional weights are required.
If you are afraid you will miss the satisfaction of a high-impact cardio workout, you will love that PiYo workouts are choreographed to invigorating music. Your instructor knows just how to increase the speed to amp up those cardio and calorie-burning rewards.
